Boo! to you . . . using Tim Holtz products.
I wanted an interesting background. So I used a bunch of the grungy Distress Mica Halloween sprays and the cut out the word "BOO!" with the new "Bold Text Halloween" sizzix dies and layered it over and over. and then added all the ghosts on top with the new "Retro Halloween" ghost as the feature holding the sign.
