He was born on Halloween day, and for his entire life he has always thought everyone was celebrating his birthday!
5X7 handmade paper used for the base, I got the paper from my friend Carol (Scrapbooks-N-More)

I die cut each of the letters and numbers

Inside I used more of the handmade paper on the right
Carol sent me the 3 ghosts
