Aw white base, 2nd layer cream (4 1/8w w 5.50h), dry emboss, 3rd layer white c/s use d/o's peacock feather, broken china & antique linen, cut down using snowflake large die, spray glitter dust, attach w/spray glue, add silver ribbon, tie a bow, add various size gems, sentiment -using gold foil w/glimmer onto white c/s, cut down to (5.50w x 1/2h) attach w/foam adhesive.
