The theme of this birthday layout was Lilly Pulitzer due to the matching dresses. The printed paper always reminded me of a Lily print so I cut it in half diagonally and placed each triangle on blue cardstock to connect the pages. The photos were matted in navy and pink taken from the print. A tag from another LP outfit was used as an embellishment, and was the influence for the journaling block. The title was written directly on the background using a gold pen, and a glitter "59" was added to remember which birthday this was.
