Layered the black and pink cs on a white card then layered all three cs into a 3x3.5" square. Stamped, colored and hand cut hippo, birdie and birdies balloon, die cut hippo's balloon and stamped sentiment. adhered all to white cs with 3d dots. Cut black strips and added flower button and sequins.
