Although I made this card for a challenge on SCS, I think it works well to showcase you can use any patterned paper for a background and with a bit of creative die cutting and dry embossing, you end up with a simple, yet really nice card. I stamped the 'Grateful' in Versamark and embossed with a detail brass ep. I used a scrapbook.com marker in 'Rose Gold' to draw a line between the dry embossing and the sentiment and it turned out well. Thanks for looking!
