I started with a mint green cardstock from the Peppermint Paper pad and used some Catherine Pooler Juniper Mist Ink to get that color at the bottom to fade up. I then took the inner part of the Block letters and made MERRY into ornaments. Oh and I did splatter the background with white paint and use gems to finish it off.
