I made this tag frame for my scrap room. I found a similar piece on Pinterest and wanted to try it with what was left of my Samperia Blue Land collection. I bought the frame at Hobby Lobby and glued white matting to the back. Outlined the frame with silver beading and made 9 tags. I used a couple of RB butterflies on the tags.
