I had a friend request two Birthday cards for her older twins. She asked the first one be about Skiing since that is what she loves. It was pretty quick and simple. I first inked the background with distress ink Stormy Sky. Then I die cut the trees. Then I tore two white strips of paper to make them look like snow drifts. Added die cut ephemera pieces for the skis and the little house. Used a stencil called Speckles, to add snow over them. It looks so much better in person; I just hope she likes it.
