Every Christmas I miss my grandmas gingerbread cookies. They were the right balance of dense and gingery without being overly heavy, and shed make little men and little women. While cleaning up, I found her recipe, copied it and tucked it in the pocket. This will go in my 8x8 Heritage Recipes Album.
