My first project in the new year, showing my friend Dawn and her sister Irene taking dip in the ice cold sea in Edinburgh, Scotland.
A simple, quick and fun design, using one background paper, one large photo, torn paper strips, and a whole bunch of fussy cut embellies.
Background paper - Craft Consortium, Watercolours
Title letters - Basic Grey Alpha stickers, Periphery
Fish, hearts, submarine, lifebuoy, waves and dots paper - Funky Fossil Zinski Art, Making Waves
Stickers, brads and twine are from my stash
Two strips of torn paper and the tag were colour-smooshed using Distress Oxide inks: Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans, Unchartered Mariner and Faded Sapphire.The wavy edge at the bottom was cut using craft scissors.
