What a great page - I love the journaling block - the way it's not just a square or rectangular block but looks like it was paint on! This is a great idea and I love that you are including a page like this on the omelets. This is something you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner! And what a bonus that it is healthy!

so yummy! I am trying some "skinny" and heart-healthy recipes this year as part of my determination to defeat the health setbacks of last year!
Mexican Omelettes and so much healthier as the chorizo is low fat and the cheddar is 50% less fat but oh so tasty. You know how some skinny food tastes like cardboard - this tastes like the real deal and my taste buds and tummy were shouting Ole! I used various kits here but I know the rest strip is from Simple Stories Hello Today. Doreena here on sb dot com does lots of foodie layouts in her Project Life so this is a nod to her who inspires me!
