I got the template for this layout from another Scrapbook.com member. I started by drawing an 8" circle on the paper using Cricut. I then used the weeder to punch holes every 1/2" or so. I then chose the patterned paper for the strips. I chose the watercolor stripes first, then papers that would coordinate. attaching the strips and circles, I went back and poked holes through the back of the paper with the weeder again. Using black thread I embroidered the circle. I chose buttens and a brad on coordinating colors and attached them in the direction of the thread for the circle so it looked like they were attached at the same time. Once the photos were double matted and attached I wrote "swinging" on the background paper with Cricut. The gel pen didn't work in areas so I went over it freehand with the calligraphy pen. "Still" was cut out of repositional vinyl. I attached the purple ribbonn the the green chevron one, made a loop, covered the center with a small circle of ribbon and used the rest for unattached ends.
