I used Vicki Boutin Color Study and fussy cut the circles from a sheet of the patterned paper.
I hand sewed in the middle of each circle and then used Pops Of Color and Nuvo drops to accent the circles (you can see close ups on my IG Rhonda.Scrapbooks)
I created the title cut file in Silhouette.
The gem circles actually came from the dollar store.
