Give a Cheer
tep by step instructions:
1. Cut two pieces of chipboard one big (15 cm x 15 cm) and one small (10.5 cm x 10. 5cm)
2. Add some texture to the big chipboard piece with a stencil and texture paste. Leave to dry. Cover with black gesso and leave to dry again. Highlight with white gold metallique wax.
3. Cover the small chipboard piece with decorative/tissue paper.
4. Create some wings and the little heart castings with the moulds and air dry clay. Leave to dry. Paint with black gesso and highlight with vintage gold metallique wax.
5. Create a heart piece casting with the mould and air dry clay. Leave to dry. Paint with liquid acrylic paint and highlight with vintage gold metallique wax.
6. Adhere the small chipboard piece on top of the textured piece with gloss gel and add a sentiment.
7. Position the wing and heart castings to where you want to apply and glue with gloss gel. I added some small chipboard pieces underneath the heart to add more dimension and to keep it in line with the bottom wings.
8. Remove any excess gloss gel with a paint brush and leave to dry.
9. Randomly add some shimmer on the sides with soft matte gel and foil.
