Hi There! Layered book page pockets are so easy to make and are a great way to turn a pattern page into a place to journal. Heres how I made them.

First, I selected book page that was about the same width as the page in my junk journal. I folded over the top to make the pocket stronger.

Put the tallest pocket on the junk journal page, then ripped off any excess from the bottom of the pocket. Repeated that step with each pocket giving them a layered took.

Decided to decorate the smallest pocket with a large sticker, so didnt cut a divot into that one, but used a large circle punch to cut divots into the other two.

Inked all the edges, then put glue on three sides of the largest pocket and attached it to the page. Repeat that step with the other two pockets overlapping them with the larger pocket.

Decorated the largest pocket with border strips from the collection and a fussy cut rose.

Finally selected journal cards from the collection and added them to each pocket.

Love how this looks and how much journal space I added to the page.

Happy Scrapping!
