I started with 3 3" rectangles of Simple Stories paper, and placed them crooked overlapping slightly. The photos were matted in orange because there was orange in the white patterned paper. triangles were cut from scraps of the same paper and attached in a curve. A tape runner was run over orange embroidery thread and the thread attached above the banners. Two mini, square brads were added and the thread wound around to make it look like the banner is hanging. Stickers and wash tape were added. The title was cut using Cricut.
