Entered into Februarys Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge and the Die Cut Challenge. Other than the card base and the envelope, I used scraps here. The circles and "Happy Birthday" were die cut. I stamped and embossed paper for the black circle with Holographic powder. The white paper is Shimmer Cardstock from Recollections but it doesnt really show in the photo. I made the double bow and Im sure you know that I made the envelope. Thanks muchly to all of you who comment and send friendly messages :o)Ro
