The floral layer was die cut and edged with Lunar Paste. the borders and sentiment label were die cut. The sentiment was stamped. I went over the sentiment with glitter brush. I didn't like the plain yellow background, so I used at stylist and Lunar Paste to add the shiny textured dots.
