Make a wish/A2 card watercolor technique using Distressed ink: peacock feathers, picked raspberry & spiced marmalade on watercolor paper, tare edges, same Distressed inks using Tim Hiltz stencil & ground espresso for stamp, sentiment-glimmer w/blue foil, tie twine in a bow, 2nd layer Parklane neutrals-lightest color (4.25w x 5.50H) Tag/same distressed ink & h20 using smuching technique, black versafine ink & clear heat emboss, twine.
