A side fold red card with the corners rounded. Added satin finish hand-made paper (from Carol- Scrabooks-and-more) layer with rounded corners. I found this started tag in my stash I added all the hearts and stamped the headline in the center. Finished by gluing down and adding a pink organza bow. On the inside, I added a white insert. I die-cut my headline and stamped it above and below to make a greeting using several stamps. Punched more hearts for the inside corners.
