For February 2023 Baker's Dozen and Scraplift Person Before You challenges. I always loved this photo of my mother-in-law and wanted to do something special with it!
This is a lift of Tinacloer's layout #6776335 which was just perfect for the Baker's dozen challenge too.
Background busy paper: K & Company
White background inked with Distress Oxide "Salty Ocean" - I applied the ink with a piece of cheesecloth for a softer look.
Banner: heart stencil, glittery thread from Magicscraps "seafoam"
