This is the 5th installment of My Journey. This is my Stroke Mobile Outcomes Nurse I had come to the house once a month for a year up until last October. She wrote down those goals the first time she came. By her last time I had accomplished all by the last one, which I still haven't yet. Anyway, she was great. Her son was in the same grade as Daniel and they went to school together.

For the layout, the bird cage and the flourish came from Lisa, the "Amazing" was from Brandy, the little girls with roses was from Erin, the pearls at the end of the rhinestone flourish was from Ina, the crystals swirl, LIfe is Sweet sticker, and the burgundy journal card was from Kelly, the silk ribbon around the birdcage and twine was from Carri, and the blue butterflies were from Renea Reneabouquets. Thank you so much ladies. I altered the keys about 3 years ago.
