I made this card for a coworker who lost his mother recently. I used washi tape from washitapeshop.com. I also used a Stamp for "Sending Hugs" and went over it with a pen. The background was done with stamp ink. I also used alcohol ink with the blower for another of the scenes. I used stars from Sizzix. The teddy bear was from Renabouquets.com.
