Birthday card using Clearly Besotted Prickly Plushies stamp set. Stamped and heat embossed cactus, then cut out. Sentiment is done on computer. Inside says Have a fabulous birthday. Rhinestones decorate flower pots. I added flowers to the pots also. Used alcohol markers to color.
