I received my cardstock order today and immediately made use of the packaging. I created the background and tag, coloured the card and the die cut flowers and used a few left-over acetate leaves.

Cardstock - Pink Frog, plain white
Card - packaging, coloured with a mix of Gesso and Art Alchemy Acrylic paint, Green Goblin (looks metallic dark green but also has blue and gold flecks in it)
Stencil - unbranded from eBay
Embossed leaf pattern - Sizzix 3D Impressions, Leaf veins
Leaves and butterflies - 49 and Market, Essential Foliage
Flowers - Sizzix Thinlits, Brushstroke Flower dies
Title - Elizabeth Craft Designs, Blackboard Alpha dies
String and ladybird - from my stash
