Oh my goodness, what a fun page! I had a bunch of those paper dolls too! I just recently let my granddaughter scrapbook them, and she added some things she cut on the Cricut to make them even more dressed up. Such fun!
Love that border punch...I might "need" that one! LOL! Love all the ribbon and rick rack. I think I still have some of those paper dolls somewhere...no clue where! I LOVE the bright cheerful colors you used! And I love those matte dots...Definitely need some of those! LOL! Adorable layout!
This is our DD Sarah back in February 1996 at a local place for kids called Mega Maze. Sarah was not quite 7 years old in this pic. The pps are from Echo Park's My Favorite Summer collection. The yellow border was made using American Crafts Knock Out Scallop Lines punch. The large scallops and the circle were cut by hand and the scallops around them were made using decorative scissors. The ribbons and rick racks were from my stash. The stars were punched and then doodled with blue. The paper doll was made using an old Jill's Paper Doll pattern. I lightly sanded the edges of the photo. The ribbon is held in place using Tim Holtz tiny attacher. The rick racks are held in place with brads. The dots are matte enamel dots that I found on Amazon. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
