I love Paige Evans papers and used their youthfulness and energy lent themselves to this layout. I started with a dark gray background and placed an 11 x 4 rectangle about an inch from the bottom of the page. Before attaching, I trimmed the corners with decorative scissors. I also cut the circle and square from the same paper using cricut, but flipped them to use a coordinating print. I used the inside of the circle for the top, right corner. After attaching the photos, now matted in medium gray, I cut triangles out of more Paige Evans papers for a banner. I attached the triangles, then poked holes where they connected and inserted mini brads. I wound white embroidery thread around the brads before securing them tightly to finish the banner. The title was cut from peach vinyl in 2 different fonts using cricut, and outlined with XF black marker to make it stand out more. Finally, journaling statements were added from a variety of cardstock stickers I have kept.
