I created this card using a limited edition stencil from the Crafter's Workshop March bundle. I applied their Tacky When Dry medium through the stencil, the added the Lime Green Foil on top after it dried. I added a little border of dies on the side, a sentiment sticker and a mat of gold cardstock to finish off the look.
