A2 navy c/s, 2nd layer lt blue (4w x 5.50h) dry swiped chipped Sapphire onto embossing folder & dry embossed,, attach (3w x 4.25h) printed c/s, die-cut balloon & letters from navy c/s, added acetate, sprinkles, foam to make shaker, using my Glimmer w/silver foil for sentiment, added 3 eyelets
