Give a Cheer
I found the inspiration for this LO from one done by Stacie Dietz. I used scraps of paper for the rainbow of colors. I wanted to use things that I have not play with for a long time. The "15" is made from Grunge Paper with the layers on top. The confetti dots are all Stickles or Liquid Pearls. The words, gears, stripes of black & the date is made from glazed black cs and dies. (even those 1/8 strips are from a die)
