Vintage Tags Cathe Holden Flea Market Finds from Spellbinders

I used multiple layers on my tags. First I stamped the background, with one color of ink, overlapping the patterns. Then I shredded the papers decoratively and glued in layers. On top I glued the finished elements die-cuts, using foam spacers to visually bring them out of the background.
