New Year Tradition

Today, our Japanese restaurant offers the full traditional Japanese New Year spread that is so amazing and so filled with delicacies. But back in the day, my mom used spend days and days preparing all the different dishes (14+ very different treats). When I became a grown-up, I started making the dishes too. Recently, I found a great resource, Just One Cookbook, that has recipes for all my favorites.
