Ink smooshing Distress inks with water craft mat then onto watercolor paper. Colored the girl with Copic markers and fussy cut out. Die cut the clouds. Punched a circle and added hand made confetti paper using a sprinkles stamp from another stamp set. Added some stickles on the bottom to look like rain water.
