Got it from Ikea for 12 dollars, the hooks and cups for 3 dollars. Love it! I have it just leaned against the wall right now, but the back is mounted so that you can hang it on the wall and it comes with anchors. So easy!! I love it. The set of cups comes with a long one, 2 or three cups, then clips and hooks.
