This card is special, and I do have a special memory behind it. My husband and I had our 25th anniversary last Fall. We had planned to celebrate it with my parents only, and later just with each other. But despite the beautiful plans put in place and set in motion by my parents to make this day special, we actually all got Covid during our weekend-long visit! My husband and I had not yet purchased gifts for each other, because we planned to do that a little later, but after getting sick, even that was delayed. Later on, I ordered a couple of die sets which were belated anniversary gifts from my husband. Recently, I made this card from two of the die sets, and I may just keep it for myself to remind me of our misadventure and that something fun later came out of something that was not so good. It displays chairs for two, cake, coffee, and a cozy fire--things that reflect a celebratory event for two.
