What a little sweetie he is. Your flower bouquet looks great and I think your journaling fits perfectly well. It seems to be that "bond" you've developed is a deep love and affection for a child. So basically you've learned quite a bit about love from that little guy! Oh and I like the way you matted the photos too. Great LO.
These pictures were taken of my Godson, Aubrey back in '04, and his mom finally emailed them too me earlier in the year. I'm not sure I did the photos justice though.
The journaling reads: "It sounds kind of funny, but what I’ve learned from my Godson, Aubrey is not to be afraid of kids. I’ve never been one to go gaga over babies. I’d rather pet a puppy than hold an infant. So, when my friend Emily became pregnant I was a bit worried about how I’d handle being around a baby. Because Aubrey’s health was poor during his first years of life, I didn’t meet him in person until he was 2 or so, but once I did most of my fears subsided. She got me to feed him, and play with him. And now Aubrey and I have a special bond, that I never thought I could have with a child."
I wrote the journaling for the Febuary BOM challenge hosted by Scrapinfor3. I thought it was to write about what you've learned from your child (or in my case, godson) but re-reading it was what you've learned about love. Either way...it worked. TFL!
