I made this for my dear friend, Maria. This is she and her lovely daughter, Candi.

First off, special thanks to:
Lisa Landry for the Darcelle papers, flowers and butterflies
Kelly for the acetate doily
Jody for the sparkling netting (under the picture)

First, I diecut the frame, then added the netting and the picture, then some lace. The flowers were easy to choose as they came with the paper. I added several buttons from my Mom's tin which make it extra special and Maria will think so too because she loved my Mom. I added Spellbinders foliage flourish to the top arrangement and Aliexpress diecut to the bottom.

The wing, love, key and bling were from my stash. Also added the Tim Holtz title from the metallic sticker book.
