This card was made with papers from an upcycled kit I found. I fussy cut the flowers. The dotted frame is with washi tape. I know you can see the seams so not sure it was the right choice in that respect. The Happy Birthday is by Send U My Love stamps. The other part is from Reverse Confetti.
