Journaling reads: "Benjamin,
You were always such a mild-mannered child (well, maybe except for the time you threw a rock through the back windshield of my van). You look so sweet and innocent in this photo. That being said, you know the old saying looks can be deceiving. Twenty years after the fact, Im looking at this photo and wondering what exactly you were up to. I know you are not doing what it looks like youre doing!!! I see that you have Mollys big bone suspended in the air. I also see that big rock on top of the rail the very same rock that your big brothers rolled down the mountainside toward you while we were camping at Unicoi State Park the very same rock that then bounced off of a tree and hit you in the forehead causing a big gash the very same rock that then caused us to have to drive an hour to the nearest ER to see if you needed stitches. I wonder was that very same rock part of some diabolical plan, along with Mollys bone, to entice Molly underneath and possibly cause that very same rock to drop on her. I know you would never do that! No you would never!!! Right????" April 2001

This is such a simple page - three strips of pp for the bg from Echo Parks's Once Upon a Time - Prince. Then, I added the woodgrain and the photo. The "bones" are hand cut from a really old sheet of pp, then I punch holes and added the eyelets and string. The snail is from a collection of felt cut outs by Fancy Pants (really old). The scalloped borders are from K & Co's Actopus to Zelephant collection. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
