Love me the whimsy of pink and inked polkas plus a sentiment that tells someone just what I think of them.
I used the 'scoop' from the Sweet Scoops Stamp set to create a background with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide. The ice scream treat was cut using the Die Set and 49 and Market Patterns. The stamped sentiment was stamped on pattern paper to make sure all the pinks matched to create this cohesive and summery tag.
