NDEPENDENCE DAY OBSESSED: What is 4Th July? Independence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the Declaration of Independence, which was ratified by the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, establishing the United States of America. Here's my story: The American Eagle who is obsessed with USA 100%. He always wears the perfect American red, white and blue top hat. He loves to dress up for crazy fun parties with ribbons and yearns for the perfect scent of doughnuts! In other words he loves to eat his sweet doughnuts!!!!
