Give a Cheer
I used Pop of Color - Pearl Soft Lilac to paint the chipboard scallop circle from my stash. The ribbon wrapped around it was seam binding that I colored for another project and had forgotten about.
The scrolls around the photos were brushed with the same Pop of Color to tone down the bright gold color and to tie in with the green and purple color scheme I wanted to stay with.
villain and Maleficent were cut out with my Cricut Maker in Black CS and painted with Pop of Color Glitter Pixie.
