Interesting contrast in the choice of wood for the background since there doesn't appear to be much in the way of wood or trees at the site. That choice, as much as the gorgeous photos, made me stop and contemplate the page. I concluded that at the time this was built, there would have been trees. Thanks for giving me a 'thought exercise' along with the visual experience!

This is so awesome! It is bringing back a lot of memories for me and making me smile as I remember walking in these same places. You did a great job of showing the photos and explaining things. Great journaling! I had forgotten the infomation behind some of this. It certainly takes you away to another time and another place - more like another world! Perfect colors and choices!
