For the background I used the Hero Arts Large Circle Confetti hot foil plate, representing bubbles in the ocean. The stamp is from the Color Layering Octopus set and to finish the ocean scene I used the Coral Fancy dies that I colored with Distress Watercolor Pencils. The sentiment is a Wishes Foil Script from Honey Bee stamps
