I created raffle baskets for a church event and decided each one needed a decorative tag.

I started off with watercolor cardstock. I clear embossed a design and then used distressed oxides to create a rainbow. I then die cut a flower and raised it up with foam adhesive. I finished off with a Tim Holtz sentiment backed on white cardstock. I added rainbow colored gems.
