Big Boy Room p1

Our plan was always to keep the nursery as is and move Josh to a new “Big Boy Room” when we had another baby. With a new baby coming in April, we decided in December to get Josh’s new room ready and move him in. I searched and searched for the perfect bedding and wallpaper border. I finally found one that was exactly what I wanted on Amazon.com. The room we were moving him to used to be his playroom, with stained white carpet and plain white walls (1&2). We gutted the room and ripped out the old carpet (3). Mike and I painted the bottom half of the walls light blue (4). My mom helped me put up the wallpaper border (5). Josh LOVED the border when we were finished, especially the tractors (6)! The new carpet was installed (7). We moved everything back in and both grandpas came over to help put together the new big boy bed (8).
