Give a Cheer
I wanted to highlight the joy of an almost 2 year old playing with bubbles but in a more subtle way. I chose the paper from Paide Evans and cut 2, 1 inch strips so I could show the "bubbles" without the entire background being bubbles. After attaching the strips of paper onto a piece of cardstock I wouldn't otherwise use, I chose 3 coordinating washi tapes. Unfortunately the green was too short. I placed the photos the way I did so I could still use the green washi tape. The photos were matted on a light peach taken from the bubble strips. The title was written and cut using Cricut. Finally, I cut "bubbles out of cardstock with Cricut and placed them vertically so it would imitate bubbles floating.
