I've channelled some Poe in the creation of this card. I also had a play with a technique I'd seen the talented Amy Rysavy show who learnt it from the talented Stacey Hutchinson. I'm referring to the spooky moon. My process is shared on my blog which has links to both Amy and Stacey's posts showing this technique. I ink blended the background with a mix of distress inks and then spritzed Mica Spray Stains over top. Once dry, I spritzed the moon lightly with water which creates those spooky billows of ink. I love how this came out and had great fun with some stash I'd never used before including Distress Grit Paste Crypt. Link in bio for my blog.
