Photos from my dress-hunting journey! Journaling: Story of a Dress: Melinda went with me on my first dress shopping trip in Tulsa. I tried on several dresses, but nothing struck me as perfect. On the second trip, Steph K went with me to several shops in OKC, giving feedback and taking pictures. Steph B met up with us at Bridal Showroom, but again, I wasn't quite ready to make a choice. On the third trip with Rachel and Meilani, I tried on my favorite dress again (this time with flowers in the wedding colors) and decided it looked the best and fit well. The tag on the dress said $599 marked down to $399 which seemed like a great price. When we got up to the counter it rang up $99! I was so surprised and excited I burst into tears! Of course then I started laughing, the poor checkout girl wasn't sure what to do with me!
